3. Product Orders.

When you place an order to purchase a product, your order represents an offer to purchase that product subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Price and Availability of Products.

The prices shown on the website are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP).
There is no tax to pay for shipments to countries within the European Union.
For other countries, import taxes/duties may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer to pay locally.
All products are sold subject to availability. We will inform you when you place your order if any items are not available.

5. Payment Methods.

The website shopping cart/checkout facility only allows payments to be made by a secure online payment through “PayPal” (www.paypal.com).
There is NO extra charge to you for paying by “Paypal”.

6. Shipping.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible (please allow a few days to compile and package kits).
Standard, uninsured delivery services will be used unless otherwise specified.
If you prefer a different method of shipping, please ask before placing your order.

7. Return of Unwanted/Unsuitable Goods for Refund.

If a product purchased is not to your satisfaction, you must notify us in writing, (by email or post) within 7 days from the day of receipt.
You must return it in its original condition, insured against loss or damage in transit.
We shall refund the sale price of the item, (not including any postage costs you incur returning the item or the original postage cost).
Subject to it being received in satisfactory condition, a refund will be made within 30 days.

8. Limit of Liability for Kits

Kits purchased from us are for personal use only. They are not intended for use in commercial applications.
Once a kit assembly has commenced, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, exchange or free repair.
This is because components can be damaged by you during assembly.
Components should be checked against the kit inventory supplied. Any missing components or breakages must be notified to us before commencing the kit assembly.
If you encounter any problems, please email us for technical support.
We will endeavour to provide a reasonable amount of email technical support to help you fix any problems yourself.
If you ultimately cannot resolve a problem, you may contact us to arrange for the kit to be returned at your expense for repair.
The cost of the repair and return postage will be chargeable to you.

Safety Notice for Nixie Clock Kits
High voltages can cause serious injury or death!
Only persons who are competent at electronics assembly and understand the dangers of high voltages may attempt to assemble the kit!
Safe assembly and operation of the kit is the users responsibility.
This information is provided ‘as is’.
No responsibility is accepted for any damage, injury or death as a result of assembling a kit.
The assembled unit must be properly encased to prevent contact with high voltages and kept out of reach of children.
